We are leaning towards a 3 BHK, maybe around 1000 Sq.ft. The amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and community hall are exactly what we wanted. GKR Avinya Constructions is the developer, and they project completion by July 2029. A slight concern is the electrical meter room location within the common area, which seems a bit unusual. Otherwise, the project looks promising.
