It’s a manageable size for me. The project is ready to move, and the completion date was March 2015, so it's an established property. The price was in the lower end of their range, around 19.83 Lakh for the smaller units. Govind Kripa Real Home (P) Ltd. Developed it. The landscaping and tree planting offer a nice green environment. My only gripe is that the parking area can feel a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
