The location in Munnekollal, AECS Layout seems good, close to VIBGYOR High school which is convenient. I liked the idea of having a children's play area and landscaping, makes it feel more homely. The developer, GJR Projects, has a reputation for finishing projects. I am a little concerned about the traffic on Varthur Road, especially during peak hou, as it's quite busy. But overall, for my fit home, it feels like a solid choice. The security staff seems very attentive.
