Finding a decent independent house in Maraimalai Nagar was a challenge, but Girivalam Nagar worked out for me. Being close to the Maraimalainagar Railway Station Bus Stop, which is nearby, makes my commute easier. I can easily catch a bus towards the city. The area is developing nicely, and GST Road is easily accessible. P Shanmathi has built a solid structure. My only minor concern is the parking space; it's a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. However, for a single peon, it's manageable. The hospital is also conveniently located nearby. I feel secure here with the basic security measures in place. It suits my needs well for now.

We purchased an independent house at Girivalam Nagar primarily because of its proximity to good schools. St. Joseph's Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, making the morning school run much simpler. The house is ready to move in, which was a huge relief for us. P Shanmathi has provided a decent living space. It's located in Maraimalai Nagar, close to GST Road, so connectivity is good. The nearby hospital, Deepam Hospitals, is also a major plus for us as a family. We are generally pleased. My only reservation is the lack of dedicated children's play area within the project itself, which we had hoped for. We are looking into options nearby.

This is my fit property purchase and I am quite happy with Girivalam Nagar. I was looking for a ready-to-move-in independent house in Chennai. The location in Maraimalai Nagar, close to GST Road, is very convenient. It's only close to St. Joseph's Matriculation Higher Secondary School, which is great for my younger sister. The hospital is also very close by, nearby. P Shanmathi seems to have a good reputation for delivering on time. The house itself is simple but functional. I did notice some dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but that is expected in developing areas. Overall, a good starting point for me.
