The location in Mohali, Sector 115 is decent, but the access road could be better. It’s a bit narrow to get to the main street, especially during peak houHowever, the availability of basic amenities like a gymnasium and car parking is convenient for me. Gillco Group seems to have put thought into the landscaping and tree planting, which makes the environment pleasant. I also appreciate the focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting. It's a peaceful place to come back to after work, though I wish the connectivity was slightly more direct.
