We looked at several projects and finally zeroed in on Ghosh Mridul Apartment. The proximity to Narayana Hospital, Barasat, just a 3-minute drive away, was a major factor for us. Also, the Barasat Bus Stop being a short distance makes commuting very convenient. Ghosh Construction seems to have a decent track record. We are getting a 2 BHK unit and the size is adequate for our family. The construction is ongoing, with an expected completion in October 2028. While the location is developing, the dust from ongoing construction is noticeable sometimes. The price point was within our budget after considering home loan options. It's good that they offer closed car parking as well.

As a retiree, I sought a peaceful environment with essential facilities nearby. Ghosh Mridul Apartment, developed by Ghosh Construction, is located in Bhatrapally, Barasat, which is relatively quieter than the city center. The proximity to Barasat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School (2 mins) and Narayana Hospital, Barasat (3 mins) is very convenient for any unexpected needs or for visiting family. The project is currently under construction and expected to be ready by October 2028. I appreciate the provision for closed car parking. While the area is developing, I do find the current road access a bit narrow, which might be an issue during peak times. However, the overall promise of a developing neighborhood is appealing.

We chose Ghosh Mridul Apartment primarily for its convenient location for our children's education. Barasat Mahatma Gandhi Memorial High School is literally a 2-minute walk away, which is a huge relief for us. Narayana Hospital is also very close, a short distance. The project by Ghosh Construction is still under construction, with an expected handover in October 2028. We are looking forward to the closed car parking amenity, as it will be very useful. The area is developing nicely, and we feel it’s a good place for our kids to grow up. We did notice some noise from the ongoing construction work during our visit, but that's expected at this stage. The accessibility to the Barasat Bus Stop within 2 minutes is also a big plus for family outings.
