We just got the keys to our fit flat at GGK Crown Block A. It’s a 2 BHK and the saleable area is 1210 Sq.ft which feels quite spacious. We really liked the children's play area and the senior citizen siteout, it makes the complex feel more complete. The price was around 58.08 Lakh which fit our initial budget. GGK Constructions LLP P seems to have a good reputation. We are happy with the overall feel of the place and are excited to move in soon. The location in Bachupally is also convenient, close to the outer ring road.
