We moved into our 2 BHK at Geown Olivia about two months ago. The built-up area is a good 1200 square feet, which feels quite spacious for us. Being close to Marathahalli and Varthur Road means my commute to the office is only about 25 minutes now, which is a huge improvement. The amenities are decent, especially the gym and the swimming pool, which we use regularly. The price was around 47 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location. The only small issue is that the car parking can be a bit tight during peak hou, but we manage. Overall, it's a good place for young professionals.

The children's play area is a big hit with my kids, and the jogging track is nice for my wife and me. The price range for our unit was around 50 Lakhs. Construction quality seems solid, and the landscaping adds a nice touch. The main concern for us is the dust and traffic noise from Gunjur Main Road, especially during peak houWe are still hoping the management can do something about better soundproofing or more greenery to reduce it. It's a good location for families, but the traffic is a definite drawback.

My only slight reservation is the connectivity to other parts of the city outside of the immediate East Bengaluru area; it can take a while to get across town during peak traffic. Despite this, the convenience for my work and the apartment size are excellent.

However, the absence of an officially available OC certificate is a point that requires due diligence. The pricing falls within a reasonable bracket for this configuration and size in Bangalore East.

While the overall ambiance is pleasant, I find the interior space of the bedrooms a little smaller than I expected for a 3 BHK. However, the large windows do make them feel airy. The landscaping is well-maintained.
