We were looking for a place close to Princess Esin Girls High School for our daughte, and Gem Pearl in Malakpet is literally next door, which is fantastic. We booked a 3 BHK apartment which has a super builtup area of 1487 sq.ft, so there is plenty of space for everyone. The project is ready to move, which saved us a lot of hassle. GEM Builde& Developehave included power backup, which is a must-have. The nearby distance to MG Bus Station Metro Station is also handy for occasional travel. However, the roads around Malakpet can get quite congested, and finding parking for visitocan be a challenge sometimes. Despite that, the convenience for school makes it worthwhile.
