The 2 BHK I purchased has a built-up area of 1285 sq.ft, which is comfortable for me. The 24x7 security is reassuring. It's good that there are lifts available. The project is in Shilpa Hills, Madhapur, which is a well-connected part of Hyderabad. The price was reasonable for the size and location, costing about 1.06 Crore. I find the Gazebo area to be a quiet spot to read. The developer, Gem Vivendas, seems to have managed the project well since its completion in 2014.
