The apartment sizes are reasonable; I opted for a 2 BHK with a super builtup area of 1160 sq.ft. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex is a welcome feature. The presence of a lift is essential for someone my age. The car parking is also available, which is convenient. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high in the long run. The location is decent, though it’s a bit far from the main arterial roads.
