We chose GD Residences because of its proximity to Dehradun Public School. It's literally zero meteaway, which is fantastic for my kids. Getting them to school is no longer a daily struggle. The flat we got is a 3 BHK, 1206 square feet, and it's comfortable for our family. Power backup is a must-have, and they provide it. The car parking is also covered, which is good. We are happy with the GD Group's delivery. The only slight issue is that the surrounding area can get dusty during construction activities, but that's common in developing areas.
