Since I am a fit time buyer, I wanted something reliable and the team at Gavan Group explained the payment structure clearly. I chose a 2 BHK apartment with a built up area of 712.36 square feet which fits my current needs perfectly. Having amenities like a jogging track and a reflexology park makes it sound like a peaceful place to live after work. It is conveniently located just over a kilometer from the Vapi Bus Stop which makes my daily commute much easier than expected. I am really looking forward to the handover in December 2027. The project site is kept clean and the security team is quite professional during my site visits.

The location of Gavan Homes near Namdha Road is very quiet and peaceful which is what I wanted for my family. We looked at a few other projects in Vapi but this one felt the most Vastu compliant and well planned. The 4 BHK villa option is quite unique and provides a lot of private space compared to standard apartments. The project offea wide range of sizes, including 4 BHK villas which are quite spacious with built up areas reaching up to 1273 square feet. I am satisfied with the amenities provided like 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance which are essential these days. While the project is still under construction, the structural work seems solid. My only issue is the dust around the construction site which is expected but still a bit annoying when I visit to check on the progress. Otherwise, Gavan Group has been very transparent with all the documentation and project updates.

We chose Gavan Homes mainly because St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School is just one kilometer away from the project site. This will save our kids a lot of time on their daily school commute. The 3 BHK apartments provide enough room for a growing family and the layout is quite practical. We are happy with the inclusion of a gazebo and play areas where the children can spend time safely. Being in Gita Nagar, the neighborhood feels safe and is well connected to the rest of the city. We also liked that there is dedicated car parking and 24x7 water supply planned for the residents. We are hopeful that Gavan Group will finish the project by December 2027 as promised so we can plan our move accordingly. Everything seems fine for now.
