The proximity to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is reassuring, and it’s also very close to Arbor International School. The building has 24/7 security which provides a sense of safety. Power backup is also available, which is important. The main issue is the traffic getting out of Kondapur during peak hou; it can be quite frustrating. The roads within the immediate enclave could also be better maintained. Otherwise, it’s a comfortable living space.
