The salespeon explained everything clearly. The location in Sector 4, Greater Noida is decent, close to The Manthan School which is great. GauGroup is a big name, so that gave me confidence. I really liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a gymnasium within the complex. The built-up area is good for the price. I'm looking forward to moving in and starting my new life here. The price was around 40 Lakhs.
