The builder, Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper, has delivered builder flooin Raj Nagar. I liked that it’s close to Manav Hospital, only a 3-minute drive, and also near Dehradun Public School. My main concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit cramped, especially if visitocome over. However, the availability of banks like PNB Housing Finance and Axis Bank nearby for any financial needs is a plus. The construction quality appeasolid. It’s a quiet locality mostly.
