I liked the idea of the Amphitheater and the Cricket Pitch for future use. It is under construction and expected to be ready by October 2030. The design by Hafeez Contractor is impressive. My main concern is the commute, as it is a bit far from my current work location in Delhi. However, the developing infrastructure around Yamuna Expressway gives me confidence for the future value of my investment.
