We just finalized our fit apartment purchase at GauAspire Centurian Park. The 3.5 BHK configuration has a built-up area starting from 2746 sq.ft, which seems quite large for us starting out. The price range of 3.37 Cr to 4.73 Cr is definitely a big commitment, but the developer, GauGroup, has a good reputation. We liked the idea of the unique birds and butterfly garden and the reflexology park for relaxing walks. The construction is still underway, expected to finish by March 2030, so we have some time. I hope the actual finished product lives up to the brochures. The location in Noida Extension, Shahberi is developing, and it's nice to see schools like Ryan International School nearby.
