    My partner and I bought a plot here at Gau1st B Park View, a 180 sq.yd. One. We were impressed by the variety of sports facilities planned, including a swimming pool, badminton, and volleyball courts. The developer, GauGroup, has also included a shopping complex within the township, which will be very convenient. The plot price was about 86 L, which was manageable for us. The only slight downside is that the area feels a bit isolated currently, and we hope more development happens around it soon. The 24x7 water supply and fire fighting system offer some peace of mind.

The developer GauGroup has provided good amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are essential. The main attraction for me was the unique amenity of a lake park with a boating facility and the promise of a developing spectacular cricket ground.
