We purchased a 1320 square feet 3 BHK apartment in Gau12th Avenue back in 2023. The location in Sector 16C Noida Extension is quite convenient, being close to Noida Extension itself and close to the Noida Electronic City Metro Station. The builder, GauGroup, has a decent reputation. The price was around 90 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the area at that time. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are well-maintained. My only slight concern is the traffic getting out of Noida Extension during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Otherwise, the ready-to-move aspect was a big plus for us.
