This is my very fit property purchase, a 3 BHK flat in Gaur City 7th Avenue. I chose this because it is ready to move and the developer, GauGroup, has delivered projects on time before. The built-up area for the 3 BHK ranges from 1450 sq.ft to 1750 sq.ft, which feels quite spacious for my growing family. The proximity to The Manthan School, nearby, is excellent for my children's education. I also like the dedicated cricket pitch and the amphitheater for community activities. The price for a 3 BHK starts around 1.1 Crore and goes up, which was within my budget after getting a loan approved. The only minor issue is that the approach road to the project could be better maintained.
