The location in Noida Extension, J Block, Chipyana Khurd Urf Tigri is quite developing. I was considering a 3 BHK apartment which are built up between 1100 Sq.ft to 1280 Sq.ft. The price range from 71.2 Lakh to 1.6 Crore is within my budget as a government employee. The project is ready to move which is a big plus. The developer, Gauons India Ltd., has a reputation for timely delivery. Amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 security are important for me. I am also looking at the proximity to NH-24 and FNG Expressway for easy commute.
