I bought a 2 BHK in Garden 41 from Krishna Balram Green Homes a few yeaago as an investment. The area near Ajmer Road has seen good development since then. It's ready to move, which makes it easy to rent out. The carpet area for the 2 BHKs is between 824 sq.ft and 1030 sq.ft. The price at that time was attractive, around 35 Lakh. While the project was completed in 2013, the amenities like the gymnasium and swimming pool are still functional and add value. My only concern is the lack of OC availability, which might affect future resale value.
