It’s a comfortable size for my retirement. The Landscaping & Tree Planting amenity makes the complex feel pleasant. Having 24/7 water supply is a relief. The area is relatively quiet, which is what I was looking for. The PCMC Metro Station being nearby is not a primary concern for me now, but it's good to have that connectivity option nearby for occasional travel.
