We bought a 2 BHK flat in Ganraj Green Empire B Wing for my parents who are settling in Pune. The carpet area is spacious, between 608 and 648 square feet, ensuring they have enough room. Ganraj Associates has provided a children's play area and a swimming pool, which will be great for them. The property was ready to move by December 2022, allowing them to settle in without delay. The location in Chikhali offegood access to hospitals and schools nearby. We are satisfied with the quality and amenities provided by Ganraj Associates for our parents' comfort.

We moved into Ganraj Green Empire B Wing a few months ago. The location in Chikhali is developing nicely, and it is relatively peaceful compared to other parts of Pune. The landscaped gardens are a nice touch, and my wife spends a lot of time there. We bought a 2 BHK flat which is quite spacious, around 608 square feet carpet area. The developer, Ganraj Associates, seems to have finished the construction on time as it was ready to move by December 2022. Access to schools and hospitals is good, which was a priority for us. The only minor issue is the road leading to the property can get dusty during dry weather, but that's common in developing areas.
