Ganpati World II is my fit home purchase. I bought a 2 BHK apartment and the carpet area is 473 Sq.ft. It feels quite comfortable and livable. The project was completed in 2016 and it's ready to move in, which was a big factor for me. The developer, Ganpati Infrastructure Development Company Ltd., has included essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and a fire fighting system, which gives peace of mind. The location in Tajganj is decent, with schools and hospitals very close by. The only thing I've noticed is that the dust from construction in nearby areas can sometimes be an issue, but it usually settles down. I am looking forward to settling in.

However, the parking space is a bit of a challenge when we have guests over. It gets quite crowded.
