This is my fit property purchase, so I was a bit nervous. I bought a 1 BHK in Ganpati Classique, which is ready to move. The carpet area is 765 Sq.ft and the price was 31.35 L. Ganpati Infrastructure Development Company Ltd. Developed this project. The location in Lohamandi, Sikandra is okay, close to National Highway 2 which is convenient. However, the area around the project does get dusty sometimes, especially during construction phases nearby, which is a bit of a concern. The amenities like fire fighting system and uninterrupted power backup are good safety features. I am still figuring out the maintenance charges.

The project by Ganpati Infrastructure Development Company Ltd. Was completed in 2011, so it's an older, established property. The location near Lohamandi, Sikandra is decent. They have a tennis court and amphitheater, which is unusual for projects of that time. The price point of 1.25 Cr for the larger units is substantial but reflects the size. Parking is available, which is a plus. We haven't moved in yet, but it looks promising.

My only concern is the traffic on Sikandra Bodla Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. Otherwise, it’s a good investment.

My only reservation is that OC received status is not available, which feels a bit odd after all these yeaStill, the overall environment is pleasant for senior citizens.
