We were looking for a new place in South Kolkata and Ganguly Bakul Bari seemed promising. The location in Bansdroni is quite convenient, especially being close to Gitanjali Metro Station which is just a nearby walk. That makes commuting to the IT hub much easier. My partner also liked that Narayana Hospital is at the same distance. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are essential for us, so those amenities are good. We are a bit worried about the construction timeline though, December 2028 feels a bit far off. We hope Ganguly Enterprise sticks to the schedule. The main roads nearby can get busy during peak hou, so traffic might be a concern.

We decided on Ganguly Bakul Bari primarily for its proximity to schools. Maharishi Vidya Mandir is very close, nearby, which is fantastic for our children. Narayana Hospital being at the same distance is also a big relief for emergencies. The 24x7 water supply is a standard requirement for any family home, and it’s good that Ganguly Enterprise has included this. We're looking forward to the completion in December 2028. However, the approach road to the project, off Priyanath Mallick Road, can be a bit narrow and congested at times. We also noticed some noise from the nearby main roads during our visit. We are hoping the internal construction planning will make up for it.
