The location in Chennai North is developing well, and it's reasonably close to where we both work. Being ready to move in was a huge benefit as we didn't want the hassle of waiting for construction. The proximity to SBOA School & Junior College, nearby, is a bonus if we decide to have children soon. One small issue we've observed is that parking space can feel a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is something to consider.
