The location is good, with easy access to the Dwarka Expressway. My main hesitation is the price range, 3.38 Crore to 5.12 Crore, which is quite substantial for a single income. Also, the direct access to the expressway means traffic might be a bit of an issue during peak hou, but the security systems sound very advanced. The Vastu compliant design is also a nice touch.
