Being ready to move was a big plus, as I wanted to settle in quickly. The landscaping and tree planting around the complex are well done and provide a pleasant environment. I appreciate the 24x7 water supply. The price point was reasonable for the area. My only minor issue is that the parking slots seem a bit compact, especially for larger vehicles. Still, it's a peaceful place to live.
