Having 24x7 water supply and landscaping is nice. We are teache, so proximity to Kavi Nazrul Metro Station is a big plus for our commute. The presence of a lift is also essential for us. My only concern is the traffic on the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass during peak hou, which is nearby but still impacts travel time. Ganapati Buildehave included solar energy options, which is good for the environment and maybe future electricity bills. Overall, it's a solid step up from renting.
