The project is ready to move, which is a big plus, completed by March 2022. They have smart home technology enabled which is interesting, and also basic but important things like a Sewage Treatment Plant and water conservation measures. The carpet area is on the smaller side, but that's expected for this price point. The roads around Pathardi Phata can get a bit busy, especially during peak hou, which is something to consider for daily commutes. Otherwise, it's a reasonable purchase for its location and price.
