Moving from our rented place was a big decision, and we finally settled on a 2 BHK at Galaxy Peach Garden. The built up area is 754 sq.ft, a good upgrade for us. We loved the children's play area; our daughter is already spending time there. The security features like video door security and intercom are very reassuring. It’s located in Vaduthala, Ernakulam, which is fairly central. The price was in our expected range, around 30 Lakhs. The community hall is also a plus for neighbourhood events. However, the parking space might be a bit tight if you have multiple vehicles, which is something to consider. We are happy with the decision so far.

The only slight inconvenience we've faced is the water pressure sometimes, especially during peak usage times in the mornings. Galaxy Homes Private Limited has delivered a decent product.

The price was around 46 Lakhs, which is reasonable for this size and location in Kochi. The landscaping looks well done.
