We decided on Galaxy Palm Heights because Maxim Merry School is literally nearby. That was the biggest deciding factor for us with two young children. The apartment we got is a 3 BHK, 1850 square feet, which is quite roomy. There is a children's play area which the kids love. Also, Max Super Specialty Hospital being so close is reassuring. The building has 24/7 security and video door security which gives us peace of mind when we are out. The only minor issue is that getting to the main roads can be a little slow during peak houdue to traffic around the bus stand, which is also right there. But overall, it’s a good setup for a family.

Moving from a rental in Mohali, we wanted a permanent home and chose Galaxy Palm Heights. The 3 BHK apartment is a good upgrade at 1850 square feet. We appreciated the Vastu compliant design and the landscaping. Having a swimming pool and gymnasium means we don't have to go far for recreation. The price was around 60 Lakhs, which was manageable for us. Being ready to move was essential as we needed to vacate our rented place soon. Connectivity to the Ludhiana-Chandigarh State Highway is a plus. One thing we are a bit concerned about is the water pressure on higher flooduring peak usage times, but we are still settling in. The intercom system is useful.

We liked the idea of the terrace garden and the landscaping within the project. Having a club house and a gymnasium is great for us after work. The price was around 60 Lakhs which was within our budget for this size. Wi-Fi connectivity is important for my work, so that amenity was a good addition. The developer, Galaxy Develope, seems to have completed this project a while ago, back in 2011. Connectivity to the Ludhiana-Chandigarh State Highway is decent. The only thing is the parking can get a bit crowded.
