We were looking for a 2 BHK in Pune and Galaxy Orchid caught our eye. The carpet area for the 2 BHK is quite spacious at 898 Sq.ft, which is great for us as we both work from home sometimes. We visited the site and the construction quality looked good. The price range of 13.94 L to 70.31 L allowed us to find something within our budget. The proximity to schools and hospitals is a definite advantage. However, the open parking can be a bit challenging when we have guests over, as it fills up quickly. We are hoping the developer, Galaxy Constructions, addresses this. We also noted some dust from ongoing work in nearby areas, but expect that to settle down.
