This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. We looked at a few places in Nikol and Galaxy Height felt like a good starting point. The price was around 55 Lakhs which fit our budget. The size of the 3 BHK is 1530 square feet built up, which is plenty of room for us. I liked the landscaping and tree planting they have done around the complex, it feels green. The builder, Galaxy Group, seems to have completed this project a while ago, back in 2012. Everything seems to be in working order. I am hopeful this is a good decision.
