  We bought a plot here mainly because of the schools nearby. St. Joseph's Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, which is super convenient for our kids. Deepam Hospitals is also very close at nearby. We got a plot of 871 sq.ft for around 7.84 Lakh. The Galaxy Divine Castle project is in Vadamelpakkam Village, Maraimalai Nagar. It's ready to move, which is great. The only thing is that the roads inside the project could be a bit better maintained. It gets dusty sometimes.
