It's ready to move, which was a huge plus since I needed to relocate quickly for my job. The location in Palarivattom is very convenient, close to the metro station which is nearby. Daily commute is now much easier. The building has 24x7 security and water supply, which gives me peace of mind. My only small issue is that the parking area can feel a bit cramped when visitocome. Otherwise, the amenities like the children's play area are nice, even though I don't use them peonally. The price for my flat was around 15.28 Lakh, which I felt was reasonable for the city.
