The video door security provides a good sense of safety, which is important for me as I often work late shifts. Garg Child Hospital is about 3.4 kilometeaway, so that’s convenient. The price range of 15 to 32 lakhs for these apartments is reasonable for the area. The only downside is that OC is not yet available, which is a bit concerning for future resale value.
