Decided on Gajpati Richmond Sampada after looking at a few options in Kankurgachi. The built-up area for the 2 BHK flats starts from 781 Sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for us. Price point was within our expectations, around 23.43 Lakh for the smaller units. Mahavir Developementioned it's ready to move, which was a big factor for us since we didn't want to wait long. The location is decent, close to EM Bypass. One thing to note is the construction finished back in November 2013, so it's not a brand new building but seems well-maintained.
