This is my very fit property purchase. I was looking for something reliable and Gajanand DevelopePalm Paradise seemed like a safe bet because it is ready to move. The location in Khodiyar Nagar is developing well and it’s close to the Nh-8 Road Touch, which is good for connectivity. I also liked that Podar International School Vadodara is nearby. The salespeon was helpful in explaining the process. I am a bit nervous about the whole process, but the project looks solid. I am hoping for a smooth transition into my new home soon.

We needed a place quickly as I am relocating for work. Gajanand DevelopePalm Paradise seemed like a good option because it is ready to move. The location near Nh-8 Road Touch is very convenient for commuting. It’s also not too far from VIROC Super specialty Orthopedic Hospital, which is important for my professional. The only issue is the traffic on Nh-8 can get quite heavy during peak houWe haven't seen the inside of the flats yet, but the exterior looks decent. Hopefully, the interior finishes are also good. We are looking for something practical and this seems to fit the bill. The proximity to the highway makes it easy to travel within Vadodara and outside.
