The 1 BHK flats are around 400 square feet which is quite compact but works for a single peon or a very small family. Being close to the RT Nagara Bus Stop, which is a short distance, is a huge convenience for commuting within Bengaluru. The construction was completed back in October 2011, so it's an older building but seems well-maintained from the outside. We are still evaluating the overall value proposition considering it's an older property and the exact pricing details were not readily available.
