The price of 37 Lakhs was reasonable for the location near Gaddige Road. Being ready to move in was a major factor since I couldn't be there for a long construction period. My parents will appreciate the 24x7 security and the landscaping. It’s also conveniently a short distance Apollo BGS Hospitals, which is important at their age. I hope they will be comfortable here.
