It is very close to Dwarka Mor Metro Station, just nearby, making the commute much easier. The price range of 30.0 L to 55.0 L was also within our budget. Getting to the Kamal Model Sr. Sec. School took us only a few minutes. The builder, G3 Buildtech, seems to have delivered a functional space. We are happy with the overall layout and the proximity to daily necessities. Hopefully, the maintenance charges are reasonable.
