Purchasing a villa in G Next Duplex was a big milestone for my family. The 2001 Sq.ft layout is very functional and fits our furniture perfectly. I am impressed by the facilities provided by Raj Anand BuildePvt. Ltd., especially the rain water harvesting and the dedicated jogging track. The price of 51.03 Lakh is quite reasonable for what we are getting. My only minor complain is that the electricity backup takes a few seconds to kick in during power cuts. However, the location in Naragoda is beautiful and quiet. It is a well built residential community that offea good lifestyle for the price paid.

Has kept the pricing at 51.03 Lakh which makes sense for the area. The amenities list is long, especially the swimming pool and golf coue. My only concern is the distance to major hubs, as Janla Bus Stop is nearby. It is a good choice if you are looking for a bigger living space away from the main city noise. The construction quality seems decent and the structure looks quite stable from what I saw during my site visit last weekend.

The 2001 Sq.ft built up area gives our family enough space to live comfortably. Raj Anand BuildePvt. Ltd. Has included good landscaping which makes the whole villa complex look very pleasant. We have been here for a month and the 24x7 security makes us feel very safe. We did notice some dust on the balcony due to nearby road construction, but that should settle down soon. Overall, it is a great place to raise children.

Was transparent throughout the process. I enjoy the indoor games and the gym facilities every single day. The location is close to Janla Bus Stop, which makes travel manageable. The built up area of 2001 Sq.ft is perfect for us. I did find the parking space a bit tight for a large SUV, but it is manageable.
