    We bought a 3 BHK apartment in G M Kamadhenu Heights. The larger built-up area, up to 1584 square feet, is very comfortable for our family. G M Developer has included a jogging track and a swimming pool, which are great for staying active. The price point of 1.34 Crore for the bigger units is reasonable given the amenities. It is currently under construction and expected to be ready by December 2030. One minor concern is the traffic noise from the nearby main road, but the developer claims good landscaping will mitigate this.
