The 24x7 security and CCTV surveillance are important for me as I live alone. The built-up area for the 2 BHK apartments ranges from 1025 to 1315 square feet, which seems spacious enough. The price point for these starts at 55.35 Lakh. The construction is under progress and slated for completion by June 2026. One thing I noticed is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected but could be a bit of a bother initially. I liked the Vastu compliant design though.
