After renting for yea, we finally bought a 2 BHK in Fuzen Golden Rise. The 1265 square feet built-up area is a good upgrade for us. We are paying about 68 Lakhs. Fuzen Group Infra Projects is developing this property in Peerzadiguda, East Hyderabad. The construction is ongoing, with possession expected in June 2028. We liked that they included storm water drains and solid waste management systems. The location is decent, though reaching the Uppal Metro Station takes nearby. The main drawback for us is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is quite noticeable even inside the sales office. We hope it settles down soon.
