The amenities are quite extensive, including a swimming pool, gymnasium, and a cricket pitch. The project is situated in South Hyderabad, near the Airport View Point Road, making travel convenient with the airport nearby. I was also drawn to the idea of Hyderabad's future-ready neighborhood. However, the approach road to the project could be better maintained, and traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houwhen commuting towards the city. The price is substantial, starting around 9.92 crore, but I believe the value will increase.

My main concern is the current under construction status; there's quite a bit of dust on the approach road.
